Corona Virus (Covid 19)

Are you open?

Yes we reopened n the 4th July 2020 following the easing of restrictions buy the government.

What steps have you taken since reopening?

We have taken all recommended steps to reduce the risk of spreading Corona virus including, laundering all towels and bed linen at high temperatures and have implemented an enhanced cleaning routine.  For the remainder of 2020 we have also built in a minimum 48 hour gap between bookings.

What happens if the government advice changes regarding staying in self catering accommodation after I have made my booking?

If the government rules change and we are forced to close we will allow you to re-book your holiday at a mutually convenient time. If this is not possible we will offer you a full refund.

What happens if I get  Corona virus before I travel?

If you, or anyone in your party, or anyone in you or your  party's households contracts Corona virus within 14 days of the start of your holiday then you must not travel. In this circumstance our standard cancellation policy applies. Please see our booking conditions for more details.  We strongly recommend that you have suitable travel insurance in place.

What happens if I get Corona virus after my stay has commenced?

You must notify us immediately if you contract Corona virus or display any of the symptoms whilst staying with us. We may ask you to curtail your stay with us. We strongly recommend that you have suitable travel insurance in place.

How to I book a holiday with you?

You can book directly with us using the form on the booking page of this website.

How do I pay?

Once we receive your booking enquiry we will send out an invoice which will give you the option of paying direct via BACS or securely with any major debit or credit card.  We use Stripe as our card service provider.

Your Stay

What do I need to bring?

We provide bed linen and towels (Bath Towels, Hand Towels and tea towels), a welcome pack containing a selection of teas, coffee and milk and sugar and a selection of condiments. We also provide essentials such as soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and cleaning products.

Where are the local Supermarkets?

There is a good village shop a short walk away in Ditchingham, a Co-op supermarket in Bungay, and a selection of bigger supermarkets in Beccles.

​

Can I have food delivered?

Yes, the postal address is 48 Yarmouth Road, Broome, Bungay. NR35 2PE. If you wish to have a delivery of food before you arrive please make sure you contact us first to ensure that someone is here to accept the order.
